GENERAL
I have the right to refuse a commission without the need for a cause.Unless the client states otherwise I'll assume I'm allowed to post updates of the commission on my social sites. If you want the commission to remain a secret until you are ready to reveal it you must warn me beforehand. In case of NDA a fee may applyPAYMENTS
I will only start working on the commission AFTER I receive the payment.
If you choose the half upfront and half after delivery type of payment: I will start working after I receive the first half of payment.
If you choose to pay in more than 2 instalments: I will start working after I receive the first instalment.REVISIONS
The client has the right to up to 5 revisions while the art commission is in the sketch phase. After that further revisions may cost extra.For sketch artwork there will be no revisions.For Live2D commission: the client has a time limit of 3 weeks to test the model and request adjustments. After that futher revisions may cost extra.DEADLINES AND DELIVERY
Any deadlines must be discussed when the order is first placed. Rush commissions (less than 2 weeks to finish) will cost extra.USE
These commissions can be used for personal or commercial work. Commercial work means you are allowed to generate money using it as long as I'm credited as the creator.
When used as commercial work a fee may apply. The use of the artwork must be determined when placing the commission.INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
No matter what the commission is used for the client is still required to credit me somewhere. The credit can be atributed to my twitter/x(ArtNiru) or Vgen page (Niru).REFUNDS
I will only accept the payment right before I start working on the commissions. For this reason there is a no refund policy.In case you only paid for half of the commission:If you choose the half-and-half payment method and the project is less than halfway done: you will receive the commission as is and I won't send the invoice for the second half.If you choose the half-and-half payment method and the project is more than halfway done: I will finish the commission and we will discuss a way for you to pay the remaining amount in instalments.COMMUNICATION
The client is allowed to request updates on the progress of the commission but must be reasonable. Weekly check ups are okay, daily check ups are not. I work on multiple projects at the same time.
